We are closely monitoring the official advice given by both the World Health Organisation and the guidelines from the UK Government on the steps we are undertaking. We are vigilant in ensuring all of our employees have been fully briefed and are constantly updated on the ongoing situation.
While we have minimised our office staff to work-from-home and minimised non-essential production, we are in a fortunate position with our new warehouse to have over 2,000 combustion systems instantly available, for dispatch within 24 hours. Ensuring our customers who operate and service mission-critical facilities are not left without the world-class support that the Autoflame name stands for.
The service and repair procedure of returned parts is also fully operational as well as online technical support in our facilities in the UK, USA and China.
