Autoflame Engineering Limited, located in Biggin Hill Kent, is a key innovator & market leader in the design and manufacture of control systems for the industrial and commercial burner/boiler industry.
Following our challenging but successful navigation through the COVID 19 Pandemic, we are looking to recruit a Business Development / Sales Executive to assist us in looking after and managing our existing customer base whilst exploring new opportunities with the sales team in order to push us further into the London and Home Counties market.

Business Development / Sales Executive
We are looking for a candidate that…
- Has studied mechanical and/or electrical engineering at Level 4 NVQ or Degree level
- Has a keen interest in sustainability and the environment
- Is an excellent communicator and is able to present to board level management
- Can see the complete sales process from start to finish
- Possesses a strong work ethic
- Possesses a strong sales record within engineering or a similar technical based industry (favourable but not essential)
- Can commute to our head office in Biggin Hill
Role & Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the long-term growth and success of the Autoflame systems within their region, through new business development and maintenance of the existing customer base. Thus, the candidate will be a key asset in driving revenue for the company.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Sourcing and generating leads for their territory
- Visiting new and existing customers on-site to build and maintain relationships
- Attending training at BK Labtech on Autoflame equipment
