Accommodation
This year we recommend accommodation at either Donnington Manor Hotel or The George and Dragon, Westerham. We have organised transportation each day between both these hotels and BK Labtech, so taxis will not be required.
How to book:
• Please email reservations@donningtonmanor.com with Rachael, salesinfo@autoflame.com in CC’. Rachael will then reply with confirmation to the hotel that you are indeed booked to attend our EU Conference.
•For 5 bedrooms or less these can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance, after which the full stay will be charged.
•More than 5 bedrooms must be cancelled up to 14 days in advance, after which the full stay will be charged.

Location: Located in a quiet part of Sevenoaks, Donnington is conveniently located and has a lovely restaurant onsite. Free onsite parking.

The George & Dragon
The George & Dragon, Market Square, Westerham TN16 1AW
Distance from office: 4.9 miles
Location: Located in the historic town of Westerham in Kent, The George & Dragon is a 16th-century coaching inn which would have once been the last stop before London for people travelling from the coast. The George & Dragon offers thirteen beautifully appointed bedrooms and a restaurant with Free onsite parking.
Bedroom rate: 15% off the advertised rate on their direct website only.
Transportation
Daily Conference Transport
We will be providing a minibus between Donnington Manor Hotel, the George and Dragon, and BK Labtech each morning and evening – further details to follow.
